At AAA Global Permits, we respect and safeguard your privacy. Our consultants collect specific credentials from prospective individuals seeking immigration under various programs. The information gathered through telephonic conversations or face-to-face interactions enables us to meet the needs of our applicants. We operate under a comprehensive data protection policy, ensuring that all your credentials are secured at every level.

All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties. Payments are processed through our payment processing agent, and we do not retain any personal or credit card information, except for necessary payment details.

Any information, documents, or forms provided by the candidate to AAA Global Permits will be kept confidential. All information and documents will not be shared with any other party, except with third parties essential for the immigration process, such as government bodies, visa immigration departments, or case officers. We only collect your name, contact details, delivery details, and email address, all of which are kept strictly confidential.

Refund Policy
The customer agrees that they will not be entitled to claim a refund if they choose to terminate their agreement with our services and withdraw before AAA Global Permits submits the client’s immigration or visa application.

The customer confirms that they have read and understood all our terms and conditions before making any purchase.

The client may cancel or withhold the application at various stages of the process without claiming any refund from the company, even if it is the very next day after signing the contract. AAA Global Permits will not refund the amount once the agreement is signed, as all information and process details are explained in good faith and are based on accurate details as per the existing rules and regulations of the respective country.

Clients also agree that they are responsible for any misrepresentation or fraudulent information in the application package. No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • The client fails the medical examination;

  • The client has a criminal record;

  • The client is not proficient in the English language;

  • The client is unable to provide relevant documents as required (depending on the country and program applied for);

  • Any changes in criteria or corporate policies by the respective authorities.

No refund will be issued even if the client is informed by the respective immigration office that they do not qualify for the required program applied through AAA Global Permits, except in cases explicitly explained here: medical, security, misrepresentation, insufficient information, insufficient funds, points lost on language or misleading information, points lost on education due to non-accredited, unrecognized, or false credentials, points lost on work experience due to unsatisfactory evidence, non-submission of complete/required documents within the stipulated time, changes introduced by the relevant government office retroactively affecting the client’s case, non-cooperation from the client or their dependents, or any other violation of contractual clauses.

If a refund is issued, it is only made under special consideration, which is against AAA Global Permits’ standard terms and conditions. The refund application will be processed within 90 working days at the sole discretion of AAA Global Permits’ legal team.

For complete information and all relevant clauses, please refer to the retainer agreement signed by both parties.
